Definition

In this field, Please specify the start date for calculating the
Seniority. The length of seniority is calculated from the difference
between the key date of the current year and the date the employee
started working at the company.

1. If you specify as "Hiredate" then the Seniority will be
calculated from Hiredate to the date you have specified in the "Key
date for determining Seniority"

2. If you specify as "Anniversary begin date" then the Seniority will
be calculated from Anniversary begin date i.e. the date from 568. Since
the anniversary year changes from year to year, in this case the
anniversary date will be taken from the first year.
