Definition
In case of termination payment, you have to choose whether to select the Fix Unit, Proportion to length of service (LOS), or Percent of salary radio button. They are used for different kinds of payment:
- For notice payment, select Fix Unit.
- For severance payment, select Proportion to LOS.
- For early termination, select Percent of salary.
After selecting the radio button, specify the according required data.
