If you tick this checkbox, the minimum criteria defined in the HR AU PS: Leave Loading table (T5QPBS5A) are not considered. This option provides the possibility to force the system to pay leave loading for each individual employee via the Absence infotype for Australia PS (0573), regardless whether the minimum criteria are set up.
