Definition
Indicates whether the employee receives payment in lieu of notice if he has to quit earlier.
Example
If the employer forces the employee to take leave before the last notice date and this checkbox is ticked, the employee receives payment in lieu of notice.
If the checkbox is ticked, but the employee does not leave earlier, then it has no impact on the payment.
