Definition
The eligibility group for increment progression is the return value of feature To determine the Eligibility Group (13VAL). In the feature, you can split up the employees into groups to allow flexible decision criteria for increment. The return value is used in this table Eligibility Criteria for Increment (T5QPBS3A) to specify the different increments for the according employee groups.
