Deduction from Full Pay Quota / Half Pay Quota.
If the leave taken generates a Full Pay Quota and a Half Pay Quota, the user can select to deduct from Full Pay or from Half Pay Quota. If not, then leave the selection at Deduct from Full Pay Quota.
