Definition
Specifies the number of pay periods that are used to pay the company back for the purchased leave.
Procedure
When an employee purchases leave, he borrows the money from the company and has to pay it back by deducting the amount from his salary. The number of pay periods that are deducted are specified in this field.
The maximum number of periods to be entered is 26.
Examples
An employee purchases leave for 100.00 AUD. He may pay back the company in two pay periods, so the amount for each period is 50.00 AUD, which is deducted from his salary.
