Documentation
Definition
This check box should be selected if the 30-day rule needs to be activated for this leave code. Customer enhancement should also be implemented to activate the 30-day rule.
If 30-day rule is activated, check for the following:
- Part day absence cannot be used for this leave code, since the 30-day rule is based on full days.
- The quota balance for this leave code should always be maintained in calendar days.
- Sequence handling on absences in table Mapping business rules between PS Infotype 0573 and 2001 (V_T5QPBS2D) should not be used.
- Popup box in Absence infotype for Australia PS (0573) should be deactivated by configuring table Popup field output control (V_T5QPBS2K).
