Definition
The date type defines the meaning of a particular date, for example, date type QS for sick leave anniversary date. The definition is the same as in Date Specifications infotype (0041).
Use
The anniversary date of a leave can be deferred by unpaid leave. In the Anniversary Date History infotype (0568), you can specify the original anniversary date for leave. The calculated new anniversary date is available in this infotype as well. In addition, the infotype shows all the details of leave without pay (LWOP). This will enable ESS scenarios.
The infotype can be used for any date type that has a new anniversary date after a certain time. You can keep the original anniversary date for processing.
