Definition

The system will read both infotype 2001 and table T5QPBS2P for historic LWOP/UNAL. Please make sure that the data is not duplicated in infotype 2001 and table T5QPBS2P. An absence record should be available either in infotype 2001 or table T5QPBS2P.

The time period considered for getting the historic LWOP/UNAL is between the "earliest LAST anniv. date among all leave quotas" and "going live date".

In this case, it must be ensured, that the complete data, especially, I0000, I0001, I0007, I2001 are available in system. If enough data is not available between the "earliest LAST anniv. date among all leave quotas" and "going live date", system will generate errors.

To avoid misunderstanding, the "earliest LAST anniv. date among all leave leave quotas" does not mean the very first anniv. date (e.g. 10 years back). For a leave quota, it is the "last anniv. date before going live date".
