Definition
Conversion of leave to full pay or half pay.
Select this checkbox to convert leave from full pay to half pay.
Either this checkbox or the Convert To Full Pay checkbox can be selected.
This is used in conjunction with the Deduct From Full Pay Quota / Deduct From Half Pay Quota radio button.
Example
If the user is taking one day of full pay Sick Leave (Deduct From Full Pay Quota radio button is selected) at half pay, so he ticks the Convert To Half Pay checkbox. Instead of one full day, the absence will only be deducted for half a day.
