Definition
Conversion of leave to full or half pay.
Select to convert leave from full pay to half pay or vice versa.
ONLY one of the option can be selected.
This is used in conjunction with the Deduction from Full Pay Quota / Deduction from Half Pay Quota radio button.
EG: if user is taking one day full pay Sick Leave ( Deduction from Full Pay Quota radio button is selected ) at half pay, and tick the Convert to Half Pay tick box, instead of 1 full day, absence will only be deducted for half a day.
