Definition

Transfer of accrual without consideration of LWOP and unauthorized leave as it is provided in the Transfer at extended period end date option.

The transfer time is always one day after the end date of a regular anniversary year, anniversary month or anniversary pay period.

The system supports multiple transfer frequencies, for example transfer every two months, every two pay periods and so on.

Example

1. The anniversary date is on 15.03.1998, the transfer frequency rule is set as every month. With this setting, system will determine the transfer dates on 15.04.1998, 15.05.1998, 15.06.1998 and so on, and ends at the anniversary date on 15.03.1999.
2. The anniversary date is on 15.03.1998, the transfer frequency rule is set as every two months. With this setting, system will determine the transfer date on 15.05.1998, 15.07.1998, 15.09.1998 and so on.
