Definition
If the leave loading has a number (more than 4) of additional absences used for leave loading minimum criteria check, the additional absences above 4 can be defined in this additional absences grouping.
For example, if there are 7 additional absence type, 1001 to 1007, used for leave loading minimum criteria check, 1001 to 1004 can be typed into those 4 "Additional abs. type" screen fields in T5QPBS5A table. Then a new additional absences grouping 0001, which consists of absence type 1005, 1006 and 1007, should be created in T5QPBS5C table and chosen into the field "Additional abs. type grouping" in the T5QPBS5A table.
