If this indicator is flagged it means the payment date of this off-cycle payroll run will be the last working day before the start of the employee's vacations, according to their work schedule.
Example
An employee who works from Monday to Friday takes their vacations starting from 10/2/1999. If this indicator is flagged, the date of payment for this off-cycle payroll run will be 9/2/1999.
