Definition

If the monthly remuneration of a part-time employee is less than the minimum amount of MOPREs imposed by law and the employee wants to obtain the services of a Welfare Fund, the employee should pay the difference to complete the deductions and contributions corresponding to a minimum monthly remuneration. That is, this will be equal to MOPREs minimum amount imposed by law.

Through this field, the system can determine if:

• The calculation of deductions and contributions to Welfare Fund is carried out 'naturally'. Here we found the employees with a working contract different to that of part time and all the part time employees whose remuneration is more than the limit of minimum MOPRE imposed by law.
• The employee has a part time contract and decides to pay the difference mentioned above.
• The employee has a part time contract and decides not to pay the difference mentioned above, thus not contributing to Welfare Fund.
