Documentation
Indicates whether the system should deduct the gross remuneration amounts received from another employer from the maximum social insurance deductions, as follows:
- If you mark this checkbox, the system does not deduct the gross remuneration amounts received from another employer from the maximum social insurance deductions.
In other words, the deductions are calculated in your system separately from the amounts paid by the other employer. The records in the Social Insurance infotype (0392), subtype Other employer (0002) are only used for information purposes.
- If you do NOT mark this checkbox, the system deducts the gross remuneration amounts received from other employers from the maximum for social insurance deductions. In other words:
- The system takes the gross remuneration amounts received from other employers and deducts them from the maximum deductions limit.
- The system also takes the rest of the maximum deductions limit, applies it to the remuneration received by the employee at his/her company and calculates the relevant deductions.
