Definition

Specifies how the report differentiates the income tax balance on the final settlement:

• If you select this checkbox, the total amount of the tax that is going to be deducted will appear in field In favor of D.G.I., independently of the result obtained once the settlement has been run. This means that the deduction amount is not limited, neither by the 35% limit nor by net remuneration of the payroll where the tax is deducted from/returned to. It is possible to run form 649 for information purposes, before running the next payroll payment.
• If you DO NOT select this checkbox, only the resulting balance will appear in field In favor of D.G.I., after the normal payroll calculation, after the 35% limit or the net remuneration limit, if it is so stated. In order to see the result, once the annual settlement has been run, the normal payroll process must have been taken place.

Note

This field is only valid in the final settlement (month 13). During the rest of the months, the report always shows the outstanding balance of the month in field In favor of D.G.I.
