Definition
This field indicates whether or not you make the adjustment for non-active days to be able to use the divisor 30 and, in the case of making it, how to do it.
Use
You use this field principally when the employee has become absent or returned to work on a day other than the first or last of the month.
Example
If the value of the field is -1, it means that you make the adjustment by subtracting one non-active day.
