Definition
The actual start of an illness and the start as certified by the health insurance fund do not have to coincide. The employer only pays a sick pay supplement if the sick pay is paid by the health insurance fund.
Use
Procedure
If this field is left blank, the supplement is paid from the end of continued pay onward. If it is filled, this date determines the start of the sick pay supplement according to the length of the continued pay period. The duration of the supplement is read from the Contract Elements infotype (0016).
