Definition
Use this field together with the Lowest level allowed field to define a range of pay grade or pay scale levels that can be assigned to a job and/or position.
Example
The job Developer is assigned to the pay grade GRD10 levels 01 to 06, whereas the job Development Manager is assigned to the pay grade GRD10 levels 04 to 10.
For the job Developer, you would enter 06 in this field and for the job Development Manager, you would enter 10 in this field.
