Definition
Enables you, in combination with the Create XML file and download file option, to perform partial downloads. For example, you could download 50 employees repeatedly until you have reached the last range of employees. Technically speaking, the data is appended to the XML file.
Use
This option is strongly recommended for a large number of employees.
