Definition
Indicates whether the rule is organization-oriented or time-oriented.
- Organization-oriented: The determination of protection period of the employee depends on the organization where he or she works either when the Dismissal Protection reason ends or at the time he or she is dismissed.
- Time-oriented: The determination of the protection period of the employee depends on the time period to which the chosen law is valid - the year when the employee id dismissed or the period when the dismissal protection reason ended.
- None of them - the rule is neither organization nor time-dependent.
