Definition
Indicates if the forms assigned to a group can have their own default form type assigned individually.
Use
- If the checkbox is selected, no default form type can be set for the form group. You need to set the default form type for each form individually
- If the checkbox is not selected, you need to set the default form type for the form group, and it always overwrites the defaults for the individual forms
Dependencies
Example
You always want to use Adobe technology when outputting forms from the output form group FIN. You should not select the form type group exception checkbox, and you should set the output form default type to PDF at the group level.
On the other hand, you want to use a variety of output form types for the forms in the group ERE. Therefore, you should select the form type group exception checkbox. If you do this, you will be able to set different output form default types at the form level.
