Definition

Each output form has an identifier in the system, which is used by every program that runs the report. This identifier is the logical form name.

Use

Every time a user prints a report from the system, the system will check in the framework program which technology should be used to print it. To do that, the system will search the logical form name within the framework program and check which output form default type is marked for that form.
