Definition
This field is filled during the FORM XDEC_EXTRA_FIELDS_NATIO that may or may not be part of your payroll solution. This is left to the implementation of the country development team and is not meant to be controlled by the customer.
This field can only be used as a switch ('X' or space). I takes priority over the RETRO field. In this way, regardless of what is customised in the RETRO field a country can decide that for a specific cost (wage type) that it is necessary to cause a recalculation of the Distribution of that Employer's Cost during retro payroll.
EXAMPLE
In the UK, this would be necessary for NI when the NI is subject to the NI Payment in Error changes during retro.
In the US, this would be necessary for Tax when the tax is subject to a retrospective change in Tax Authority.
