Definition
The start date corresponds to the earliest date for which retro-active payroll may be run over the converted results of the selected employees.
Note that the start date does not imply that the earliest period to overlap this date will be the earliest period to be converted. The program will determine if dependencies on earlier periods exist, and convert results starting with the earliest retro-active period needed.
