Definition

The indicator determines the 'standard' calculation of the garnishable amount for normal garnishments and cessions. The garnishable amount is determined according to § 850c of the Civil Procedure Code (ZPO).

Dependencies

You must carry out the following checks:

1. You must make a field entry in one of the following:
standard determination, garnishment free amount,
or fixed garnishable amount.

2. If you want to make a field entry in the 'procedure for normal
garnishment' block, you must select the indicator for the standard
determination.

3. You must enter the indicator for some special cases.

Use

In payroll, you use the indicator to determine the garnishable amount.
