Definition

Displays the record identifier for Employees Pensions Act (TYEL) yearly report.

The options in the standard system are as follows:

  • A - This indicates that the record contains general employee information such as an Employee's ID, Name, Insurance, and Social Security Number.
  • B - This indicates that the record contains information such as Employee Earning's, Termination Date, Termination Reason, and Employee earnings prior to Termination Year.
  • C - This indicates that the record contains information on an employee's unpaid absences. TYEL Yearly Reporting report (HFILTYEL1) displays this information if the employee has unpaid absence records.
  • D - This indicates that the record contains information on changes in the employee's Insurance Department and Insurance Group. TYEL Yearly Reporting report (HFILTYEL1) displays this information if there are changes in employee's Insurance Department or Group.
