Documentation
The Execution Office determines the type of order in the payment block announcement.
The amount has to be entered on the basis of tax days.
The fixed amount rule stipulates that this type of withholding for garnishments for a tax day is applied.
Fixed amount of garnishment is withheld:
If the total garnishable net (statutory net + external garnishable net Normal; per tax day paid)is greater than or equals the protected amount, the protected amount is determined by the Execution Office.
Total garnishable net - protected amount for garnishments is withheld:
If the total garnishable net minus the fixed amount is lower than the protected amount, this rule is applied.
