Documentation

Select the tax card type according to the tax card the employee hands in. Depending on your choice, only the relevant fields and applicable rates are displayed for editing.

The following tax card types are available:

• K = Students tax card
• L = Source tax card (for foreigners)
• P = Base tax card (default)
• M = Changed tax card (when new tax rates are applicable)
• S = Ancillary tax card (for side jobs)
• U = Abroad Working tax card (for expats)
• V = Abroad Working tax card with manual tax reporting only (special agreement for personnel working in Russia)

Example

If you select the student tax card type, the fields under Preliminary tax are automatically filled in with the rates applying to students stored in the payroll constants table (T511K).
