Definition

The field have two different meanings depending on if the employee has a monthly salary or if he is a hourly worker / has a monthly wages. The field is so fare only valid for the Metal collective agreement. For all the others collective agreements this field should be blank.

The requirement classification is a system of classifying the level of requirements of work used in the workplace.

Requirement classification (First alternative salaried employee / second alternative hourly worker or monthly wages worker):

1 = METTOVA classification / Classification according to level of requirements (TVR)

2 = Other locally agreed classifications / Classification of jobs (TL)   

3 = Locally agreed wage structure / Rough classification (KR)
