Definition
This field is only valid for the Metal collective agreement. For all other agreements this field should be blank. For Metal the field has different meaning depending on if the employee has a monthly salary or if he is a hourly worker / has a monthly wages.
For the employees with montly salary the field contain information of the employees requirement class, but only if the requirement classification is 3 (see P44_REQCL). If the requirement classification is 1 or 2 this field is blank.
If the emolyee is a hourly worker or has a monthly wages the field contains the maximum number of steps within the requirement classification (see P44_REQCL). The number of steps in the classification according to level of requirement are:
09 if req. classification = 1 (TVR)
12 if req. classification = 2 (TL)
03 if req. classification = 3 (KR)
The number of steps could also be agreed in the workplace.
