Definition

Specifies the individual Tax Number (TN) of the person.

Use

Individual Tax Numbers must be shown on the name tags worn by all personnel working at shared sites where more than one construction companies work together. Individual tax numbers are permanent and are issued by the tax authorities.

Updating Individual Tax Numbers

You can request individual Tax Numbers using the Tax Card Download (HFIUTCDL) report. You can update this number along with other tax card information using the Upload Tax Card (HFIUTCUL) report.

Note, individual Tax Numbers are printed on the tax cards that employees receive from the tax authorities. However, the system updates employee master data with this information only if the given employee is listed in the public Tax Number register.
