Documentation
Per default, this indicator is set to tell the system that the selected employee has already handed in his paper tax card and that the relevant tax information has been entered and is available for processing.
If you do not set this indicator, the system applies the maximum rate stored in constant Tax rate if no tax card (FITCR) and displays a warning in the payroll log when you run payroll for the selected employee.
