Definition

Select the Cost of Living Zone to which the employee belongs. It can be any one of the following:

• 0 - Metropolitan area
• 1 - Cost of living zone
• 2 - Cost of living zone

Pay scale of the employee group depends on the Cost of Living Zone, which is decided based on collective agreement.

You can use Cost of living zone feature (44CLZ), to set different Cost of Living Zones.
