Definition

Use

You use this field to specify contact person information such as name and phone number on the selection screen.

If you select this field, the system enables you to enter the name and phone number of the contact person on the selection screen. The system then uses this information in the annual tax statement.

If you do not select this field, the system reads the contact person information that you specify in Customizing for Payroll: Finland under Reporting -> Annual Tax Statement -> Data Collector -> Initial ATS Setup -> Payer ID Assignment to Contact Persons (ATS)

Dependencies

If you select this check box and choose Enter, the following fields appear on the on the selection screen:

• Contact person's name
• Contact person's tel. number
