Definition
This field, used in combination with the AgS field, allows you to define a time period during which the car is supposed to belong to the age group defined in the Age field. The age is defined as a number of the calendar year comprised between the current date and the first time the car was registered.
Example
If the value of this field equals 3 and the current date is 21/03/2001, the car must be registered before 01.01.1999 to be part of the corresponding age group.
