Definition

Displays the Absence Code for an employee's unpaid absences. This is relevant only for employees hired before 01/01/2005.

TYEL Yearly Reporting report (HFILTYEL1) reads Absences infotype (2001) to display the Absence Code for an employee who has unpaid absences.

The options in the standard system are as follows:

1 - Unpaid military service

2 - Unpaid lay-off

3 - Unpaid child care leave

4 - Unpaid sick leave

5 - Unpaid leave of absence

6 - Unpaid care leave

7 - Unpaid study leave

8 - Unpaid job rotation
