Use
Select this check box if you want the system to calculate leave liability on a daily base rate. You can specify daily valuation basis in the wage type that you have specified for leave liability.
If you deselect this check box, the system converts the number of days to hours and calculates the leave liability on an hourly base rate for leave liability calculation.
Note
You select this checkbox only if you want the system to calculate leave liability at the current rate, and have entered C in the Absence Pay Type field.
