Consider Hire date as last anniversary date

Definition

Considers Hire date as the last anniversary date instead of the last

anniversary date stored in LVACC

Use

If you select this option, then hire date will be considered as last

anniversary date instead of the last anniversay date stored in LVACC

cluster table. This option has to be used only for Long service leave as

according to the configuration in Personnel Time Management, hire date

has tio be stored in the appropriate date type.

In case 'Anniv Sub' option is also selected, then the hire date - 1 will

be considered as the last anniversary date.
