Liablity at Taken Rate

Use

Select this checkbox if you want the system to calculate leave liability assuming that the employee were to take the outstanding leave from the key date. If you select this checkbox, the system calculates liability on accrual and entitlement based on the units multiplied by the higher of average or ordinary rate.

If you do not select this checkbox, the system calculates leave liability assuming that the employee were to terminate on the last day of the pay period.
