Use
You use this field in conjunction with the Second Year field to determine in which two years before the current year the report reads an employee's total earnings. You enter the year closest to the current year in the First Year field and the year furthestfrom the current year in the Second Year field.
Dependencies
Example
One of your employees requests confirmation of his or her earnings in 2009 and 2007. To portray the earnings in the correct order on the output form, you enter 2009 as the first year and 2007 as the second year.
