Shows that one day is not added to an employee's seniority.
Use
If you set this indicator, in cases where the end date of a record in an employee's employment book is equal to the last date when the forms SZV* are submitted to the Russian Pension Fund (by default, December 31, 2001), the system does not add one day to an employee's seniority.
