You use the position code together with the code for special working conditions to document the periods during which an employee's working conditions deviate from standard conditions.
You use this data in the forms SZV-K, SZV-6-1, and SZV-6-2, and SPV-1.
Dependencies
You can use objects from organizational management as special conditions.
You make settings for organizational management object types in Customizing for Personnel Management under Personnel Administration -> Personal Data -> Master Data (Russia) -> Employment Details -> Employment Book and Working Conditions -> Determine Special Parameters.
