You use this code to portray periods during which an employee's working conditions deviate from the standard conditions.
You use this data in the forms SZV-K, SZV-6-1, and SZV-6-2, and SPV-1.
Dependencies
You can use objects from organizational management as special conditions.
You make settings for organizational management object types in Customizing for Personnel Management, by choosing Personnel Administration -> Personal Data -> Master Data (Russia) -> Employment Details -> Employment Book and Working Conditions -> Determine Special Parameters.
