Definition
Shows whether the system adds a number of days to or subtracts a number of days from the value you enter in the Deviation from Start Date or Deviation from End Date fields.
Use
You use this field to enable the system to adjust the start or end date that the system uses to determine which employees are eligible for an advance off-cycle payment.
Dependencies
You determine the number of days either side of the start or end date using the Deviation from Start Date or Deviation from End Date field.
