Documentation
Definition
Shows the second of the two years that you use to calculate the social insurance payments that an employee receives when he or she is absent.
Use
When you calculate social insurance payments, you base the calculation on an employee's income in two calendar years before the absence starts. By default, the system uses the two calendar years before the period of absence.
In some situations, for example, if an employee took parental leave in the two years directly before a period of absence, the employee is entitled to specify any two calendar years as the basis for the calculation. If an employee is entitled to specify any two calendar years as the basis for the calculation, you enter the base years that the employee requests.
When the system calculates social insurance payments, it checks for records in the Statement About Rules for SI Payments (3273) infotype, and includes the employee's income from the required base years.
Dependencies
You enter the base years that you enter in this field in Customizing for Payroll Russia under Absences -> Absence Processing -> Sickness -> Calculation of Social Insurance Payments Based on Two Years -> Link Wage Type for Social Insurance Base to Calculation Modifier.
