Definition

Shows the official code of the categories of employees for whom you make contributions to the Russian Pension Fund. The Russian Pension Fund defines the categories and the codes that it requires for each category, for example, NR for wage earners and OOI for challenged persons.

Use

You enter the codes that you require in your company in exactly the same format (in Cyrillic) as the Russian Pension Fund requires. The Russian Pension Fund uses the employee categories to process the contributions and any privileges to which employees in a given category are entitled.

The reports that prepare the official forms for the Russian Pension Fund enter the codes that you enter in this field on the output forms.
