Definition

Shows the internal ID that you define for the categories of employees for whom you make contributions to the Russian Pension Fund.

Use

You use the internal ID to differentiate between the official categories that the Russian Pension Fund defines. For each internal ID that you enter, you enter the official code in the Official Code for Employee Category field in Customizing for Payroll Russia under Reporting -> Pension Insurance -> Package Manager -> Enter Employee Category.

You enter the internal IDs on the selection screens of reports that prepare official forms for the Russian Pension Fund. For example, you enter the internal ID on the selection screen of the Forms SZV-6-1, SZV-6-2, SPV-1, and ADV-6-3 (HRULPFP5) report.
